Joe Poissant

president

Joe leads LJJ Construction as President overseeing all aspects of operation and staff. Joe has an extensive career of over 40+ years of construction experience and acquired skill sets that he brings to the table on a daily basis to lead the company with. Joe guides the team with the core values of LJJ Construction - Integrity, Trust and Quality in a meaningful way as he truly cares that each client experiences these values in working with LJJ. Joe manages and oversees the staff, plans and bids, project schedules, and project financials to make sure that each project is delivered on time, on budget, safely and in compliance with local, state and federal requirements.

Richard Dunnebacke

project manager

Rich is a project manager for LJJ Construction and a veteran to the construction industry, having been involved in a wide range of projects from underground pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, concrete and asphalt paving, retaining wall construction, utility relocations, excavations, dewatering, foundations, environmental protections, commercial and residential buildings. Rich provides the leadership, experience, and technical skills to bring about successful construction projects both large and small for this team. Rich can be found in the office and in the field, to be sure projects are followed through and display LJJ’s core values.

Chris Iskra

controller

Chris is Controller of LJJ and is responsible for the accounting operations of the company. He has spent his career handling financials of heritage construction companies. Chris performs the day-to-day accounting, maintaining records, budgets and controls, and communicating with the team to assure everyone is aligned with project success. Chris has been with LJJ through it's growth and is integral to a successful operation.

Jon Julien

Jon founded LJJ Construction in 2008 as a young entrepreneur who saw opportunity in the local construction market. Jon has been actively involved in the growth and stability of the company from day 1 while acquiring the leadership talent and building a skilled team to continue to branch into new markets and services in the construction industry. Jon prides himself in the successful completion of every project and being able to offer the highest quality standards of construction in the region.

Jen Julien

owner

Jen is the visionary for many design-build developments specializing in the historical remodels and reuse projects. Jen holds degrees in Civil and Environmental engineering and has spent her entire career in the construction industry. She works with owners, suppliers, and project managers to ensure the highest quality of project success.
